"Stampede Campaign" Encount is an Intercept mission for Delta Squadron in Airforce Delta Strike that plays prior to Tiger's Cave. Like all other Intercept missions, this mission cannot be replayed in Free Mission mode.

On the way to the assault on the Kotor Stronghold, a large forward guard detachment is detected, consisting of several fighters (including aces Francine Davout and Jake Emerson), and a group of ground units. After pondering if there was a leak, Delta engages and eliminates all enemies on route to the Stronghold and bust through it.

1st/3rd Elements

You're dealing with a decent sum of high-end fighters, including Francine and Jake, as well as three Ka-52 helicopters. Ka-52s launch missiles rapidly when you draw close, but the trick to dealing with them is to attack them from above. Their missiles won't track you effectively like that, letting you kill them with no effort. Outside of that, you're dealing with 1 fighter of each type, excluding the aces. Take them out at your leisure; the Yak-141 tends to be pretty far out from the rest.

2nd Element

You have to deal with a group of ground units. It consists of three missile firing enemies, and nine AA gun enemies. It's not that difficult. Just be cautious of the fighters attempting to attack you as you draw close. The enemies are also fairly spread out, so bear that in mind.
