- "The way this aircraft turns, it's your best bet in a supersonic dogfight. It lacks guided weapons, but is priced to go!"
The MiG-19PFM (NATO reporting name of Farmer) is an aircraft that appears only in Airforce Delta Strike. It is used by Alex Levine and Leon Kleiser.
Origin (Real-Life)[]
The MiG-19PFM was an advancement of the MiG-17F "Fresco C", introduced in 1955. It was the first Soviet production aircraft capable of supersonic speeds.
Design[]
This craft bears a resemblance to the MiG-17F, although it has a slightly more refined and modern (for the time) design. Compared to the Fresco, the rear wings on the craft are located on the bottom of the stabilizer, as opposed to near the top like the Fresco. The Farmer also possesses two engines, as opposed to one.
Performance[]
Absolute trash. This thing is bad on all fronts. It lacks vulcans which means it can't dogfight for crap, the rockets it fires have an awkward burst-fire to it, meaning you're committed to firing two rockets at once as opposed to one (Which wastes ammo and makes it awkward to aim). Its stats are trash across the board as well. It's simply a bad plane through and through. Don't waste your money. It's arguably even worse than the MiG-17! At least that has vulcans and a more natural firing method for its rockets, despite being worse in stats.

- Leon Kleiser uses this plane in The "GALE". He is not a required kill, despite being labelled a target.
