"This high-speed fighter is a menace in air-to-air combat. And the price isn't bad considering it's got variable sweep wings."
Harry's description of this plane in the shop.

The MiG-23ML "Flogger G" is an airplane that only appears in Airforce Delta Strike. It is most notably used by John Rundal, and also sees use by the Merv Flying Corps.

Origin (Real-Life)[]

The MiG-23ML "Flogger G" was the Soviet Union's first attempt at a "look-down shoot-down" radar system, and one of the first planes to be armed with beyond visual-range missiles. Today, the MiG-23 remains in limited service, primarily with export customers.

Design[]

The MiG-23 is much different than the MiG-21. It has a larger frame, and a different appearance. It still possesses a single engine and vertical stabilizer, but it now has variable sweep wings.

Performance[]

The MiG-23ML is a very basic multirole aircraft, mostly leaning towards anti-ground attack. Its stats are decent, yet ultimately mediocre, with the only noteworthy stat being Thrust. Aside from that, stats are mediocre.
