The F-4S Phantom II is a variation of the F-4E Phantom II that appears exclusively in Airforce Delta Storm. The F-4S is an upgraded variant of the F-4J, that entered service in with the US Navy in 1977. It was retired in 1987, being replaced by the F-14 Tomcat.
Design[]
This craft looks identical to the F-4E in basically all aspects, aside from the slightly different paint job and without the elongated nose the F-4E has.
Performance[]
Superior to the F-4E in all aspects, basically. Although several stats are basically the same compared to the F-4E (This plane only has slightly higher defense and marginally improved attack), the F-4E already had decent stats for an early game craft anyways. This plane is still hamstrung by poor range, but it's slightly less bad at 2 range. Still, at the end of the day, this craft is basically just a slightly buffed F-4E. A band-aid solution to a problem that needs a new thing whole-cloth. This might serve you some purpose until much better rolls around.

Trivia[]
- The paint scheme of the player's F-4S bears a striking resemblance to that of the enemy F-4E Phantom IIs encountered in Dogfight and POW Rescue in the original Airforce Delta.
