- "This experimental stealth beauty needed weapons, so I gave it some. It's a little slow, but they'll never see you coming."
The Boeing Bird of Prey is an aircraft that appears in Airforce Delta Strike, where it is only used by Ellen McNichol.
Origin (Real-Life)[]
The Boeing Bird of Prey was a black project aircraft, intended to demonstrate stealth technology. It was developed by McDonnell Douglas and Boeing in the 1990s.
Design[]
A very bizarre looking plane. It has a very narrow and angular profile, with two small wings jutting out the side, and a small profile overall. It has a single, small engine.
Performance[]
A very poor plane. There's literally no reason to use this. Despite Harry's quote above, this plane has a very basic stealth rating of 1. And even still, considering stealth is useless in this game, the cons sorely outweigh the benefits. The one good thing about the plane is it is Ellen's only aircraft armed with a Large Guided Bomb, a weapon that has the same x3 credits multiplier as rockets. The punchline? It's only usable with this benefit in the space missions... Where there's very little reason to have the x3 multiplier in the first place! A poor plane. Don't even bother with it.
